Plain language, because privacy policies that need a lawyer to read are part of the noise we're against.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message. That's it. There is no account system and no newsletter. (Visitor counts are covered below.)

No cookies. No ad trackers.

Still true. What this site does count: how many people visit and which pages get read — nothing else. The counter is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies: no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no ads, no selling data. There's nothing to sell.

What we can't see: who you are, your contact details, or anything you do on other sites. Cloudflare shows us totals — page views, visits, referrers, countries — and handles that data under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The bot check

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs when you use the form. It exists so a person gets a reply instead of an inbox full of spam. When it runs, Cloudflare receives the data needed to perform the check, governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you have JavaScript disabled, the form won't work — use the phone number or email address instead.

Your inquiry

When you submit the form, its contents are emailed to info@toig.net so we can reply. We use your information for exactly one thing: responding to your inquiry. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to any list. If you'd rather not use the form, call (651) 243-1795 or email us directly.

Ask us to delete an inquiry and it's deleted — email info@toig.net and say the word.

Hosting

This site is served through Cloudflare. Like essentially all web hosts, Cloudflare keeps standard request logs (things like IP address, timestamps, and pages requested) for security and operations. We don't have access to anything beyond what a web server inherently sees, and we don't use it to profile anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the change will be described on this page with a new effective date. Given the only data here is your inquiry and anonymous page counts, we expect this page to stay short.
